We'll then provide the support you need through blueprinting, permitting, and hiring the necessary personnel to handle the job from start to finish across every phase of the project. If you can't be reached for any reason, we may have to make administration choices or other decisions, but we will keep you in the loop at all times. Breaking Ground

The first day of construction is usually an exciting day because the architecture blueprints are done, the permits retrieved, and we might be up to six months into the project before the ground is even broken. During this process, all of the blueprints are drawn up, the client has been contacted and kept abreast of every detail along the way, and everyone and everything is in place. In addition, insurance is purchased and all of the external things have been addressed and handled.
